I am thinking of "close minded" and "open minded" in the sense of how someone will react to a new idea or change. If so, then closed mind is 封建 (stubborn, rejects changes or differences). Open minded is 开放. However, be careful with "开放" as it has a different meaning to it. If you are looking for a different definition, then other people have you covered :)
