I do not think that the sentence needs any aditional punctuation, other than a full stop or maybe an exclamation mark at the end.
Still, for emphasis I could do:
1) A woman, without her man, is nothing.
or even:
2) A woman - without her man - is nothing.
Here, the commas (dashes) would represent the pauses I'd do if I read the sentence aloud. As in:
A woman *pause* without her man *pause* is nothing.
The original sentence I'd pronounce as:
A woman without her man *short pause* is nothing.
