No ,there is a difference !
Present continuous tense ,when used to indicated the future . it refers to an arrangement in the future as part of a time-table .
"We are having a meeting to discuss this matter on Monday. "
" We are arriving in London at Midnight ."
The future continuous tense is used to refer to a longer action in the future , being in the process of doing that action ,when another action interrupts it ( literally or just in time ). It is about activities, that will extend over a particular time in the future.
"We will be driving to the airport , when he arrives home ."
"when he comes home , she will be sleeping "
"Next week we will be having a party , can you come ?"
( Notice here the event , the party is extended in the future over a particular time )
