In many cases in English it is acceptable to change the order of words in a sentence without changing the meaning. You could add, "She doesn't play tennis after class, usually", or "Usually she doesn't play tennis after class". At a stretch you could even say "She doesn't play tennis usually after class". These all work fine in spoken language at least. But something like "She doesn't play usually tennis after class" would sound quite wrong.
