why we use third form of verb with will be.its a future continuous tense. in future continuous tense we use first form of verb with ing.i am really confuse to see when some one use this kind sentences.

We posted at the same time again :-D That sentence isn't the future continuous, it's just the ordinary future tense in the passive voice. "You will be missing..." sounds like a threat.

You posted your comment while I was still typing mine. What your seeing is a completely different tense - look up the passive voice in English.
