Freeze frame high five! Hi, If someone says to a friend with this expression, does it sound natural in normal conversation? I am just wondering how it can be communicated verbally. In the situation where it is said, two people halted their movements for a second after doing high five. Appreciated in advance!

A freeze-frame from a film is an individual picture from it, produced by stopping the film or video at that point. This expression (with the added high five) became popular after a particular episode of "How I Met Your Mother." https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Freeze%20Frame%20High%20Five

This is just simply something silly to do. I wouldn't say it's natural or common to say/use. Might make a situation awkward if the other person isn't silly. High fives are very common and don't necessarily need to be communicated verbally.
