Do/Does or Have/Has question.
Have you washed the dishes yet? -(O)
Do you wash the dishes yet? (X)
Why I can't use "Do".

"Have you washed the dishes yet?" is correct. You cannot use "Do" because the question is asking about something in the past tense. If you wanted to use the verb "to do" you would have to say "Did you wash the dishes yet?" Notice that changes the conjungation of the word "wash" as well though.
