This is quite confusing without more context. In European Spanish we say "que si esto que si lo otro" at the end of a series of elements to give the idea that the person is giving excuses or their motivations are not valid. Example:
"Estuvo toda la tarde contándome historias sin sentido, problemas del trabajo, problemas con su pareja, que si esto que si lo otro...".
It's a bit like "etcétera" but giving the impression that this etcetera is composed of unworthy elements.
