She's tall, slim and young with short, dark, curly hair. or She's a tall, slim, young woman with short, dark, curly hair. In English, adjectives go in a certain order. It sounds more natural this way. The order is: size; age; colour; origin; material (more or less) e.g. A little, old, blue and white, Chinese, porcelain vase. I hope this is what you were asking! :-)

she's a young, slim and tall woman with curly short dark hair. Correction: She is a young, slim and tall woman with dark, short, curly hair. (For formal writing it is better to say 'she is' rather than 'she's'.
