In my spare times I often go to museum to pass the time.In my country there are museums for all types of things,art,history,science,nature,almost everything.Last time in Beijing I went to the Palace museum because I love history very much,that was really good. It was probably the most wonderful museum I’ve ever visited. How often do you visit museums? About once or twice a month,especially when I lived in Beijing.You know,Beijing is the capital of China and it has been a historical city for a long time, contains countless museums. I remember going to the palace museum,the national museum of China, the capital museum,the train museum,the kong Miao and guozijian museum,the ancient clock museum ,the yonghegong museum and many other types of museum,there are quiet fascinating and interesting.I ‘m sure there are many I’ve been to that I can’t remember. But after covid-19,almost all the museums are closed,so I choose to view exhibition online rather than physically visit them. Are there any museums in your hometown? Not many. My hometown Shenzhen is a cultural wasteland, which used to be a very small fishing village, developing in a couple of years,so the number of museum are on the fingers of one hand. The most famous one is Shenzhen museum,located in the citizen centre, tells the history of Shenzhen. Do you think there should be more museums in your hometown? Certainly! The museum has the power to reflect and shape our society,it’s a special kinds of education.The government should invest more on the fundamental of culture development rather than just on boosting the economy.
