Nathalie was wonderful! I am just getting ready to fly to Uruguay and it was such a delight to speak with someone so friendly and knowledgeable about the country. While practicing my Spanish the entire time, she helped me plot out my travel itinerary, determine the best areas to stay in for my goals, and even gave me useful websites like URUBUS. Highly recommend booking with her if you can, you won't regret it!
