My name is Shoki. I am a 26 years old native English teacher from South Africa. I have a Bachelor's degree and a 120 Hour TEFL certificate. I am a positive individual with a positive perspective on life. I love teaching because I get to positively influence my students, learn from them as much as they learn from me. I get a great sense of pleasure in seeing my students evolve and grow as individuals. My aim is to help them reach their greatest potential. My lessons and teaching style are unlimited. It is my greatest aim to ensure that my students are comfortable and happy. I totally understand that learning a new language can be challenging but it is not impossible, hence I would love to make learning easy and fun for my students. I make use of flashcards, image files, worksheets and quizzes to enhance learning. I also engage in conversations with them about a topic of their choice, it might be about food, culture, sports, etc, in this manner I am able to learn, teach and correct them.教材

感覺是非常友好的小姐姐，準備也很詳細。我當時上課大概的内容其實和學校的英語精讀差不多，不過講的是專四試卷上的閱讀理解，但感覺能理解一些了，不像在學校那樣不知所云。可惜就是第一次遇見南非的朋友，可能Shoki老師也第一次遇見中國人吧，適應口音拖了一點時間，不然可能會有更多收穫。最後，非常感謝她，因爲她説我是努力的學生，我周圍的人都不這麽説。希望有機會還能再合作。
From my point of view, she's a friendly girl, and she prepares the course really detailed. What I learn in her course is just like what I learn in Intensive Reading course in the university. We talked about the reading comprehension from TEM4. However, I think I can understand something about it now, although I can't understand anything when I study in the university. It's really a pity that it's the first time I meet the friend from South Africa and it may also be the first time for Ms. Shoki to meet Chinese student, so it takes us a little time to adjust each others' accent and it has used too much time. What an exceptional lesson and tutor. I definetly had a great conversational lesson, I was free and felt at ease to talk about absolutely anything. 😊😊
