She never showed up and then messaged me an hour later telling me she was at work and needs to reschedule. I told her I couldn’t and she insisted that she will charge me regardless because it counts as me canceling.

Really fun! Just had my first conversation with Hana and I have nothing but good things to say about her tutoring style and personality. We were able to have a conversation and she gave me corrections along the way. Learning through conversations with corrections is my favorite part about italki thanks to tutors like Hana🙌🙏
