I am so grateful for Maiko! She is very kind and patient. She takes the time to let you understand the lesson better. Thank you so much for teaching me and taking the time to explain things to me. It helps me get better in understanding and learning!

Maiko is very patient and encouraging. There is also no pressure when talking with Maiko. It’s fun talking with her even about small day to day things. She’s flexible when it comes to her students’ learning needs.

I've had a bunch of lessons with Maikoさん at this point and she's been great throughout. She's very patient, kind and a great listener. She's also very generous with her time in that I never feel like she's watching the clock or rushing to end the lesson. Consequently, I feel very comfortable speaking with her and have enjoyed all the lessons so far.

At first, I was nervous to have a conversation in Japanese, but Maiko-san was very friendly and supportive, making me feel safe to express myself and ask questions. Thank you for this fun and challenging lesson!
