It was my first lesson with Jack. He was clear in communicating what is important in learning the language so that I can reach my goals! We went through the alphabet and greetings, and I was given plenty of opportunity to practice my pronunciation, which was scary at first but Jack's patience and friendliness made it so much less intimidating! I became comfortable with making mistakes knowing that Jack will help me with them. Thank you so much!
