¡Hola! Soy Melisa, ingeniera ambiental viviendo cerca de Bogotá, Colombia. I have had several conversational type sessions with Melisa. They have all been good. She is very patient and knows how to keep the conversation flowing. I know it's subjective, but I find her accent very clear, neutral and she can speak at a slower pace and at your level :) I can highly recommend Melisa to practice your conversation.
