Hello everyone, i am Felicia Novita Tan. People usually call me Felice.
I am an Indonesian, born in Bandung and currently based in Bandung, West Java Indonesia.
I had a career in Hotel Industry, my last position was as a Director of Human Resources in one of the international hotel chain from Europe. In 2020, after my mom passed, i decided to continue what she had been working on until now, and most importantly, after i lost my mom, i had an enlightement and realized that nothing is more important than our loved ones. And so, i let go of my career to be able to not lose my precious moments with my only daughter :)

Being in hotel industry and love travelling, i really enjoy meeting new people. I like to understand different cultures, learn different languanges, and most of all, have friends in different parts of the world.
Being in Human Resources for >11 years, as a Certified Trainer, i was in charge of trainings for all level of staffs, from trainees to senior managers. I would be confident enough to say that i can adjust to the audience, in order for me to transfer my knowledge to them, which i believe, is the most important part of teaching.レッスンおよびティーチングスタイル

Having those said, my lessons would directly be more focusing on you being able to use Bahasa Indonesia (read, listen, speak, write)
