I am Antonella, a qualified Language Teacher, a Certified Medical Translator, and a Cardiovascular Perfusionist 👩⚕️.
I love travelling and learning new languages. I also love science⚗️ and psychology. I lived abroad for 10 years working as a teacher, barista ☕and freelance translator 📝.
I worked for the Italian radio🎙️and attended diction courses; for this reason, I speak standard Italian and articulate words well, using all 7 vowel sounds of standard Italian correctly (which makes all the difference when it comes to speaking).翻訳を表示する

Since I have personally gone through the language learning process, I know quite well what it feels like to learn a language and I can understand how difficult it can be. It took me almost 10 years to learn English and I am still trying to improve my language skills.
I believe in a relaxed teaching method that puts students at ease.
I love linguistics, in particular phonetics and I like to help students acquire the correct pronunciation and intonation from the very first lesson.レッスン形式・教え方
Lesson content is flexible and tailored to your goals and language level. I always try to make my lessons as interesting and effective as possible.
I am a good listener and I always let the student talk as much as possible. I don't like to interrupt students while they talk (unless specifically requested). I usually write all the corrections in the chat window so that you can correct your mistakes as you speak or read them after class.
I will also correct and discuss your writing exercises when needed.教材

Antonella is an incredible teacher. I've been having lessons with her once or twice weekly for nearly three full months now. It's hard to learn a language but I look forward to every lesson! She's endlessly supportive and encouraging and, probably most importantly, I feel comfortable making mistakes in front of her.

Antonella is an excellent teacher! The lessons progress at good pace, yet they are calm and enjoyable. Her beginner workbooks have an organized, useful mix of reading, writing, and answering questions, and in class, she asks me a lot of similar questions in italian. At my level, it helps me that she is also fluent in English to explain specific points as needed. I really look forward to our classes together and am already seeing alot more progress than learning on my own. Grazie Antonella e italki!

It was my very first lesson online. She was very calm and tried to listen carefully to what I mean. I often couldn't get out of my words, while I do know them. The lesson went very fast...
