You won't sit around waiting to speak. You do not need to know all the grammar rules before starting to communicate. I am ready to listen with patience, to show and correct your mistakes. In my lessons, do not be afraid of mistakes. The earlier you begin to speak, the faster this process will become automatic. Each time you will be think less and less about word choice. A.R. was on time and prepared to listen. She was warm with my 10 yo daughter and very supportive. My daughter had fun and at the same time was learning. We didn't feel any pressure or being rushed. It was just the right kind of instruction.
