Hello everybody and welcome to my profile. My name is Jitka. I am native in Czech and proficient in English. I started my teaching English experience in 2017 in Mexico where I stayed for 2,5 years. I was teaching children and adults. Before going to Mexico I had lived in London for 13 years. I love and enjoy travelling and have visited quite a few places. My other hobbies include trips and walks in nature, yoga, listening to music, going to cinema or watching movies at home, crocheting and overall trying/learning new things as it's always fun. I am fun, chatty and happy to be silly sometimes:)

講師としての私
I have lots of experience working with children (ages babies - 12 years old). First of all from my time in London where I worked as a nanny and then in Mexico where I was teaching English to children from the age of 4 until 12. However I also taught adult classes. Having learnt English myself I know how very important it is to be an active student with loads of speaking and pronunciation practice. That is my main focus in my lessons. I am patient, friendly and chatty and I like to make my lessons fun and engaging.
レッスン形式・教え方
In any language learning process, everybody has different preferences and needs. I like to find out first what my students want and then prepare lessons accordingly. My main focus is on pronunciation and speaking, as that is what people usually want and need the most in order to communicate. Nevertheless I cover all the other skills and grammar too. I try to come up with interesting (not controversial though) topics and ideas for discussions and practising English or Czech.

Jitka is really great. She is super friendly. She has subjects, games and topics prepared for each class. She explains, listens, corrects and cares about the student. Thank you Jitka!
