Berna is great. He is attentive and very engaging. He really goes out of his way to teach new vocabulary and expressions. He is encouraging and helps build confidence. Berna was superb in making the student feel encouraged and excited about learning Spanish. He had a gentle way to lead on the conversation and feel comfortable and curious about the language.
