Sarah Moon

Ms. Moon is an amazing teacher who is passionate, knowledgeable, and engaging all at once. Throughout the past few months she's been a wonderful mentor, and I've been progressing extremely well, and have obtained conversational fluency despite only starting lessons for a few months! She's an absolute gem and an incredible teacher ❤️

Our lesson on cooking coincided with Chuseok, so we also talked about the foods that are prepared for the holiday. I really like how Teacher Moon incorporates history and culture with the language lessons.

Teacher Moon helps me feel so comfortable learning Korean! She is always kind and a very motivating teacher.

선생님 is alway's great, I love my lessons with her, I usually come prepared with pictures of things I've done or cooked and we chat all about them, and she gives me lots of insight into korean culture. I always finish my lessons feeling like I've learned a little more Korean and come away even more confident.

Sarah explained things well using Korean as much as possible but supporting me in English when needed. It was an encouraging class which helped me remember some Korean I learned previously. I look forward to learning more.

I practiced reading today. We read a children's story and 선생님 explained as I read.
