Hi. I’m İsmail Kaplan. I live in Turkey. I’m a native Turkish speaker and I can speak in English too. I have a PhD in media studies. I also work as an academic in Anadolu University. I enjoy chatting and also getting to know new people and cultures. I am a good media user so I can make lessons fun and efficient. As an educator and radio programmer, I want to share my experience with anyone who wants to learn Turkish.

I'll be happy to help people who wants to learn or improve Turkish. If your level is beginner, don't worry, I have some coursebooks and lesson materials for different levels to share with my students. According to your wish and aim, we can focus on speaking , reading, grammar or preparation for a specific exam in our lessons. I hope we’ll meet soon.

Ismail is a patient and friendly teacher. I like his attitude. When he speaks turkish with you, it is very comprehensible. He often asks questions to incite a dialog. He offered a textbook. We follow it quite loosely, but if you need some structure, it's here. Big thanks.
