My lesson is NOT typical Japanese lesson that practice Japanese which native Japanese wouldn't say! With or without a textbook, it doesn't matter. Even if we use a text book, I don't follow too much. We can have a conversation whilst practicing "Natural Japanese"! Playing games, describing some situations or such... I'll adapt the lesson to the student! I am certified to teach Japanese and currently teach at a language school in Taiwan and for private students. I teach general Japanese, business Japanese as well as exam preparation for JLPT, to students from various backgrounds. Some of my students started to learn with me from Hiragana, the most basic letters in this language, and some others are advanced learners who are required to use Japanese for their jobs. The most important thing when I learned a foreign language was to increase the opportunities to use that language. No matter how much you study, if you don't use it often, you'll spend a lot of time learning it. For the above reasons, I decided that it is important to focus on conversation-centered free-talk in my lessons, first of all, to create many opportunities for you to talk about topics you like, so that you can get used to speaking.
