I have my teaching degree from Norway and worked as a teacher in Norway after I graduated from college. I also worked several years in the USA as a teacher teaching grades 1-3. Since 2012 I have worked as a Norwegian teacher at Madison College in Madison Wisconsin. I also teach Norwegian for the US Air Force online and do Norwegian tutoring in person and online.

I have experience with students at all levels and enjoy helping improve peoples language skills! I will always adapt my teaching acording to your needs and level. I consider myself patient and easy going. I try to build confidence in my students and think that it is trough trying, failing, and trying again that you learn best. Certified Italian/Norwegian teacher with more than15 years teaching experience I am a friendly teacher and i base my lessons on original materials (books, poetry, conversation, video/files) and try to speak as much as possible in the language you study, according to your level. I am fond of the deductive process of learning a language: from the text to the rules (and not the other way round) I have plenty of authentic material with me that we can use for our lesson, including pictures, poetries, talk show... depending on your interests and level too. I try to keep the lesson useful and interesting, and most important never boring as learning a new language must be in the very first place FUN !
