To provide better lessons, I have passed two important exams in Japan: the Japanese Language Teacher Exam, which is a national qualification, and the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test. 言語学習で大切なことは、話す量・習得する目的・モチベーションを保つことだと考えています。 もし間違えても優しくフィードバックします。 I believe that important aspects of language learning are the amount of speaking, the purpose of learning, and maintaining motivation. I always take some time listening and making sure I understand students' needs and evaluate what is important to them first. And then I adjust to what they want to learn. I am passionate about creating a fun class that is stress free and easy to understand for students as it helps encourage your participation. I simply love meeting new people from all over the world and following a students journey and watching their Japanese skills keep improving. That is definitely the most rewarding aspect for me.
