My native language is Korean and I learned English as I live in the US. Learning a language is not just about knowing how to read, write or speak, but to embrace the culture and the history. I think of it as a long journey or a marathon, but while having lots of fun along the way. Just as a journey or a marathon has a destination and a finish line, we do need consistency and endurance as well as short and long-term goals. You can finish learning Hangeul in about 5 classes (2 weeks). 2. Beginner (A1-A2) - Usually consistent students (2 times a week) get to A2 level when they finish 20 classes with me. Which is about 3 months. This level, you can speak present/past/future tense naturally and we can communicate with easy expressions. 3. Intermediate (B1-B2): Now it's time to focus on Sino-Korean words.
