For example:

We walk and chat.

dà wèi yì biān kàn shū ， yì biān tīnɡ yīn yuè 。 
大卫一边看书，一边听音乐。
David is reading a book and listening to music.

wǒ men zuó tiān wǎn shɑnɡ yì biān chī fàn ， yì biān liàn xí shuō zhōnɡ wén 。
