Is it wrong to use “in tackling” the way I did here?
“In tackling this crisis, one must consider all possibilities.”

It's not grammatically incorrect, but it would sound much more natural to start with "to tackle."
Also, using "one must" gives it an extremely formal tone. If you want to sound less formal, you could replace "one must" with "you have to" or "we have to."
