The way to express a high level of agreement would be: “I could not agree [with you] more!” (I really, really agree!)

Both are incorrect. I cannot agree 'with' you anymore.👍 Any more: to talk about quantities... Anymore: adverb... - Would you like any more biscuits? - No, I really shouldn't be eating biscuits anymore; I promised myself I would go on a diet.
