Good job, Yuji! The umbrella term is noodles; ramen refers to a type of Japanese noodles. Colloquially, ramen is commonly used to mean all kinds of noodles in America even though this is not really accurate. Anyway, I'd be happy to help you improve your English. I like all kinds of ramen, but lately I love lightly flavored ramen. Because of my changing taste, I feel it's unpleasant to eat heavily flavored ramen….
Nice writing practice. Americans love ramen too! 😊 In English, we do not add an "s" to "ramen".
