I came across an online article about "unexpectedly factors to accelerate your fatigue" and would like to share it here.
Some people might have experienced that you feel too much tired even though you just do household chores and work. In that case, we might want to check the following.
1) Stay home for way too long
=> We can refresh our body and soul by adjusting our body clocks due to sunbathing and by enjoying nature. That's why we can recuperate from fatigue by going shopping at the mall nearby and watering flowers at balcony faster than just "Sedentary Lifestyle"
2) Out of shape
=> "Sedentary Lifestyle" declines physical strength and causes a lack of energy. Hence, proper exercising can help us sleep easily and recover from fatigue. That's why we need to get into the habit of some exercises.
3) A lot of mental fatigue
=> The conversation with neighbors, watching movies and TV dramas can cause fatigue. We might want to control the time to enjoy them because being deeply moved spends a lot of energies.
In my case, I realized that I'm subject to No.3 above. I have to consider altering my lifestyle in the future.
