I think that the best way to learn a second language is by being consistent wich means study and practice everyday. I don't think that there is a "secret" or something like that. You have to find the best approach for you and follow it.

if you want to learn english quickly. i think, you should come and live in the country or the city speaking english . It will make you learn english faster than you thinking.

Every language needs certain time and effort to be learned.So you can't learn it so fast.The best way to learn it in my opinion is using it functionally and meaningfully.That is to say within a context following a reliable pattern.

Surrounding oneself with English language or any other language one wants to learn. Not using mother tongue, perhaps only in order to learn some basics in another language. All in all, learning like children is the best way. However, adults are more intelligent, have already more skills and for them it is easier to correct mistakes. And of course one has to be highly motivated.
