Looking for someone from the hood to learn to speak ghetto I'm looking for someone who speaks with the particular slangs so that I can understand interviews of rappers on YouTube better.

One resource I would recommend to help you understand the slang of rappers is to use genius.com.  Rappers generally use the same slang in their songs that they use when they give interviews.  Take any rap song and put it into the search box at genius.com.  The more popular rap songs will have annotations there explaining what people think different lines of the song mean.  (The lines of the lyrics will be in yellow in genius.com if someone has made an explanatory note.  Put your cursor on the yellow lines and on the right side of the screen it will give you explanations.)

I also agree that the urban dictionary that tempus.edz.rurum shared is a very good place to start whenever you hear a slang expression you do not know.  However, with rappers, they use a lot of slang specific to their situation-- they rap about their personal competitors a lot, and genius.com is the only place I know that helps in that.

Yes, ghetto language is offensive. Also, while you are learning from rap, some rappers use a word that starts with n, that you should not use in anyway, shape, form or fashion. It is a horrible word files with hate. Although they use it when speaking to each other or calling each other the word, it is not ok for you to use. It is confusing for most people to understand, but the best example for me to give is that women sometimes use bad words to refer to each other, like the b word. If a man uses that word to them, it is offensive. The same is true with that n word.

Hi Divin,

I'm sure that a number of teachers would be happy to explain how slang works, if you want to understand the language used by rappers.  If the rapper you like comes from the US, then of course it makes sense to approach teachers from that country.

Just write to them and ask if they could help you in a lesson.  That's guaranteed help. :)
