Well, my English adventure is so interesting -- while I begin to understand more, forming the sentences is so difficult thought. I've been practicing a lot with books and some conversations.The Last weekend I went to the park with my girlfriend. It was really nice, cause' because it was sunny and the others days it was really cold. We're in Krakow and the temperature was (or "has been") changing all the time, in fact this morning the temperature was in 0° and right now it is 18°.
In the future I will write any something more interesting when I have more words. Have a good day.

I wasn't sure if you meant to write "though" or "thought/think". Here are some different ideas for that part of the sentence:

while I begin to understand more, I think forming the sentences is so difficult.
while I have begun to understand more, I think forming the sentences is so difficult.
You can write 'cause instead of because if you want to sound very casual, as if you are chatting with a friend. But the apostrophe will go where the first two letters be would normally be ( 'cause instead of cause' )
