Not “pass on”. That could possibly be used for one recipient of an invoice sending it to someone else. Daughter: Dad, I got a bill for my doctor’s visit. Dad: Pass it on to me and I’ll take care of it. For your case, Can you email me the invoice, please? Please send me the invoice. My email is ...

You could say that, but "mail me the invoice" sounds more usual...
