Feel can be used to express your opinion about something. "I feel like that was the wrong thing to say," means the same thing as, "I think that was the wrong thing to say." Feel can also be used to express emotion, such as, "I feel happy," or "I feel relieved." Sense is used to tell what you suspect. If a friend who is usually talkative is being very quiet, you could think, "I sense that something is making my friend sad." You do not know for sure, but you get the feeling - you get the sense - that something is wrong. You could also say, "I feel that something is making my friend sad." "Sense" is also used frequently when talking about psychics or the supernatural. A psychic may say, "I sense a strong presence in this room," or "I sense that you have a complex past." Of course, normal people can also say, "I sense a strong presence in this room." "Sense" is not only used when speaking of things like that, though, and is used in a variety of situations. "I sense there is something you are not telling me." Perceive is used to express what you notice. You would say, "I perceive that my friend is sad," meaning that you can tell that your friend is indeed sad. "Perceive" is all about what you pick up on - it means the same thing as "notice," but "notice" is used more frequently in everyday conversation than "perceive," which is perhaps used more often in writing. There are many situations in which any of these three words could be used; the more English literature you read, the better you will get at picking up on the slight differences in usage. I hope this helps!

To feel is to have an impression or a feeling about something: I feel that he is too careless on the road. We all felt that the teacher was too severe with Oleg. I feel like nobody understands me. She feels like a stranger in her own home. To sense is to have a suspicion based on a feeling or on the way someone is acting: I sense that he doesn't really want to go. We all sensed a certain sadness in our mother that day. To perceive is to feel with the senses [especially by sight and hearing], and otherwise is similar to "sense" in meaning, and not often used in everyday speech. The most common of these is feel and sense (when there's a suspicion).
