Both.
American English - favorite, color
British English - favourite, colour

Both are correct! But stay consistent.
Favourite colour = correct
Favorite color = correct
BUT
Favourite color / Favorite colour = completely wrong. Don't mix them.

The first variant is America English and the second one is British English. They are all correct.
