I think it means this: People go (journey) through life looking for someone to love and be loved by. When you meet your love, you don't have to look anymore, and that particular journey ends.

Is there more that just this sentence? Journeys end in lovers meeting.= the journeys taken by the 2 lovers ended when they finally met.

I guess it is an ending to a story. The story (journey of a main character) ends when he/she meets his/her lover, so the story is complete :D
