Ailen nasıl = كيف عاءلتك
Aileniz nasıl = كيف عاءلتكم
If u r close to someone u use انت form. But if it is ur first conversation or if u want to be official u use انتم form for everything. I mean in verbs and other words u use انتم form.
For example:
Ne iş yapıyorsun = ماذا تعمل
Ne iş yapıyorsunuz = ماذا تعملون
قصدك انت لكن يجب ان تستخدمين انتم لاحترام
