Are these sentences all natural?
I'm dying from envy.
I'm dying from itching.
I'm dying from heat.
I'm dying from stink..
I'm dying from starvation.
I'm dying from hunger.

Stink and itching don't sound natural. Try these:
I'm dying from the stink.
I'm dying from itchiness.

another way to put it using stink and itchiness is to say, "that stink is killing me'; 'this itchiness is killing me'. We also say "I am green with envy"
