ばかやろう and ばか are the expressions most used.
However, you'd better not mention it to others.

スラング: screw you
screw you = less offensive than fuck you.
意味: fuck youよりもやわらかい言い方。（ムカついた時や、冗談にでも使われます。）ふざけんな、どっか行け、バカやろう、くたばれ など。
screw you 例文：
Jane:"Your boyfriend will dump you, Susie!" Susie: "Screw you!"
ジェーン："スージー、あんたきっと彼氏に捨てられるよ"
スージー："ふざけんな！"
