Hi this is a Chinese poem and he was saying about spring flower, flowing water at first two sentences. Then he used flower to represents the men's love changes/ fades so fast, and used watering to represents her full emotion to that men. 山桃紅花滿上頭: the red flower are blowing above us, 蜀江春水拍山流: the spring water flows among mountains, 花紅易衰似郎意: the red flow fades away fast, similar to the men, 水流無限似儂愁: the endless water flow is similar to the heavy emotion/ sadness. 1. 两弯眉似远山青，一泓清潭秋水润，面似挑花，齿如排玉。 This sentence is describing a beauty. Our Chinese people are traditionally used to use hill's curve to describe girls' eyebrows. Besides, I guess you might misstype a word, I think it should be“桃花” rather than “挑花”, “桃花”refers to the flowers of peach trees, they are red. If we use “桃花” to describe a girl, she must be   beautiful and in good health. 两弯眉似远山青(her) eyebrows are as black as distant hills, 一泓清潭秋水润(her) eyes are as pretty as the lake in autumn. 面似桃花(her) cheeks are as red as peach blossoms. 齿如排玉(Her) teeth is white and neat, just as jades. es. Not too sure about 侬愁 so I put 'my cares' 山桃红花满上头，Hills full of pink peach blossom above, 蜀江春水拍山流。Shu river spring waters noisily flow down, 花红易衰似郎意，Blossom easily wanes like youth's ideals, 水流无限似侬愁。Water flows limitlessly like my cares.
