Present perfect passive vs. Simple past passive (Is there any difference in terms of meaning?) 1) The test has been prepared by the principal. I got it: The principal prepares the test throught the many years.) 2) The test was prepared by the principal. I got it: The principal prepared the last test because the teacher was sick for exemple. These were that I got it, but I don't know if I'm wrong and both the sentences have exactly the same meaning?!?!?!

You're still comparing past simple and present perfect. The passive form doesn't change this. Do you remember what the difference is? :)
