What's the difference between "Bú xiè" and "Bú kè qì"? Are they both used to say You are welcome?

Yes,It means the same thing.

Bú xiè = don't thank
Bú kè qì = don't be too courteous

Bú kè qì is more general, whereas the other one is more often used by southern people.
