Do I have to capitalize the word “sir” in this example?
Hi friends,
I have 02 questions.
1. Do I have to capitalize the word “sir” in the following example? (Here, “sir” means the principal of the school.)
Noted Sir.
2. Do I have to add a comma after “noted”?
Noted, Sir.

No, it shouldn't be capitalised. You capitalise if it's part of a person's name or in 'Dear Sir'. Otherwise, it's lower case.
And yes, you need the comma.

Do you mean?
Noted, Sir. = I have noted what you said, Sir (stand-in for a name).
or
"Noted sir" is being used as a title.
?
"Noted" as a titular form has to be formal, outdated, I would have thought.

Sorry but I disagree with our friends here. In your sentence, sir is used as a name so you would capitalise it. It compares with, 'What do you think you're doing, Mum?'
And yes, the comma is essential. Note the difference between, 'Ive already eaten, Mum' and 'Ive already eaten Mum.'
