It's a bit of wordplay and rather impolite, so probably rather advanced for a new language learner. Arsehead and Arsehole in British English (Asshead and Asshole in American English) are both mildly profane insults, one referring more to intellect and one to personality. (Arse/Ass is an informal/slightly rude word for buttocks, asshole would literally be the anus but mostly means a person with an unpleasant personality).
