[5] ‘cross my mind’ and [10] ‘come to mind’ are used to refer to something that you remember when thinking about a situation. ‘ It crossed my mind that this adventure I was about to throw myself into could end badly for me, but I dismissed the thought. ‘ ‘ When I walked through the neighbourhood she came to mind, as this was where she had lived’

1. Come across my mind [Possibly correct, but I think most likely what you mean to say is, "(It) came across my/to mind."] 2. Come across mind X [You can't say "mind" without an article. It has to be "my/he/the", etc., or otherwise I can follow a participle like "to", but not "across". I don't know how.] 3. Come cross my mind X [Sounds like an order/request to "cross" ones mine, which probably isn't the intended meaning.] 4. Come cross mind X [Again "mind" requires an article.] 5. Cross my mind [Technically correct, but it's the imperative mode, as if you are ordering something to cross your mind.] 6. Cross mind X [Not a complete thought.] 7. Come into my mind [Possibly correct. I suppose you are using the bare infinitive as a placeholder for "come" conjugated in other forms, like "It comes into my mind", which is correct. You have conjugated it (again) in the imperative mood.] 8. Come into mind X ["mind" cannot follow "into" without an article or possessive in between them like "Come into my mind"] 9. Come to my mind [Correct, but again conjugated in the imperative.] 10. Come to mind [Same as above.]
