Grammar explanation of sentences Hi, I am reading a manhwa in korean and trying to understand the translation in english, but I am having trouble with these expressions, if anyone can explain the grammar behind those 할 수 있었다 : this is from the sentence 내 생에 저음으로 받은 프로포즈라 할 수 있었다, I kinda understand the other parts of the sentence: 내 (my) 생에 (life) 저음으로 (for the first time) 받은 (received?) 프로포즈 (proposal) 라 (I don't know what this particle is). 선남선녀야: I found 'looking beautiful' as a translation but I don't understand this grammatically 신수가: is this just an adjective that means handsome plus the particle for the subject? thank you!

Raymunda es casada con un hombre repulsivo que nunca trabaja. Un día el intenta de estuprar su hija, Paula, y por lo tanto ella lo mata. Cuando su madre Raymunda entiende del asesinar, ella se culpe de eso. Entretanto Sole encuentra su madre y piensa que ella es un fantasma. Después haber clarificado algunas cosas de su pasado, se descubre que ella nunca morí y que mató su marido porque él fue infiel y también estupraba Raymunda cuando estaba niña. La película me gustó bastante porque fue realística y simple. No me gusta particularmente las películas sobrenatural, y me gusta mucho que esta película no es una de esas.
